INTRO.

I first heard of H.A.A.R.P about 8 years ago and by that time I was open to the possibility that all we think and get taught isn’t always the truth. As the Bible says that the Spirit will lead you into all truth. The Energy from H.A.A.R.P is heating up the Atmosphere and this is the cause of weather change, not Global Warming not that long ago it was Global cooling in the 70s. I mentioned on my home page I will cover Conspiracy/Truth and this one is no Conspiracy it has been admitted by the Military.

If you Dig a little bit you will find a lot on H.A.A.R.P but saying that on the Surface they still deny it they Prefer the use of the phrase Weather modification.

WHAT DOES HAARP DO.

H.A.A.R.P is one of the most dangerous things to come out the last century when fired up and aimed at the sky it manipulates the weather. When aimed at the ground it can cause haarp-3 Tsunamis and Earthquakes and can affect the human brain as well.The cover Story is that they are using H.A.A.R.P to communicate with submerged submarines and to monitor Enemies with underground facilities there is some truth in this but there are more nefarious things happening like as I mentioned with weather Modification and “The Rod of god” a laser that can hit a target with accuracy and causes destruction whenever fired.

ITS ALL IN THE NAME.

H.A.A.R.P the name is no mistake like Vatican’s Telescope “Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research,”is the acronym of L.U.C.I.F.E.R and the Society Of Jesus ( Jesuits) are behind it. H.A.A.R.P is tesladeathray-7077 an acronym for “The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program” we go to Irish folklore for this one the Tuath(a) Dé Danann “people(s)/tribe(s) of the goddess Danu”), also known by the earlier name Tuath Dé (“tribe of the gods”), are a supernatural race in Irish mythology and one of these gods were called Dagda/Daghda and he was the god who controlled the weather amongst other things with a staff he had the power of life and Death and with his HARP he controlled the weather like the west Semitic storm god Baal one of man Agricultural gods H.A.A.R.P is Nicoli Tesler’s death ray.

HOW IT STARTED.

Supposedly H.A.A.R.P came from oil companies and the Military bought up all the plans by 1993 it was solely in their hands and no longer was used for commercial purposes but a weapon. Here we have a connection to the star wars program of yesteryear where if a threat came via a simple rocket or a nuke they would be blown out the sky.The patents for H.A.A.R.P also show how they manipulate the weather. E.L.F waves don’t just affect missiles they also affect the human brain waves that are linked to radio waves and can be tampered with from outside sources.

Bernard Eastlund in 1983 worked on a patent involving natural gas to generate electricity to create electromagnetic radiation to excite a small section of the Ionosphere. Of about 2 electric Volts whereas H.A.A.R.P uses in excess of 2 million Volts. Eastland was working at the height of the cold war and he was wanting to create a missile field in case of attack he was working on communications on and with submarines. Also, ground penetrating radar, radar to knock out satellites and an idea of heating up the Ionosphere and doing so move the Jetstream. This was to help areas with no water to have water and areas with to much rain that caused annual floods to subside. The early Stages of H.A.A.R.P was to be defensive, NOT offensive. When something like this comes along to help humanity there is always another that comes along to use it to destroy humanity enter the Military they moved in bought up all the plans and Bernard left and started his own company before the H.A.A.R.P as we know it began and Eastlund’s own patent’s show that ionospheric heating went on well before the 1985 patent.

By 1904, Tesla had developed transmitters to harness scalar energy from one transmitter to another, undetectably bypassing time and space. Scaler technology can do all manner of things this technology some are saying was responsible for the Tianjin explosion on the 13th August 2015. The beam has been dubbed “The Rod of God” when the power hits the Ionosphere creating a path from the ground to the skyline like a long extension cord when it’s discharged back down to earth it comes in the form of a lightning bolt and this power can destroy anything in the beam’s path it is more powerful than 10 Mount st Helen’s volcanic eruptions. HOW H.A.A.R.P WORKS.

E.L.F wave Transmitters are situated in America (Alaska),Russia,Norway among other places When switched on and working in unison the can alter the Jet-stream. Creating heavy rain,Storms,Hurricanes and Earthquakes.by heating up the Atmosphere and to the haarp-ionasphere opposite extreme causing drought and heatwaves. A field of Antennas working together as one big antenna in Alaska for example they have 360 Antennas each one release’s 10,000 volts 3.6 million in total they do it by altering the Ionosphere “pushing it up” creating a space so the Stratosphere below has to compensate and by doing that when it moves, it pulls the Jet-Stream with it.in other words, the H.A.A.R.P transmitter Zaps the upper Atmosphere with a steerable electromagnetic beam heating it up causing a plasma cloud then electromagnetic waves bounce back to the chosen target penetrating everything causing the weather to do what they want. The beams change the delivery of electrons in the Ionosphere and for that short time affect the natural flow of the layers of the Atmosphere.

H.A.A.R.P generate’s a disturbance in the Ionosphere and this creates an Aurora borealis haarp-lights effect “The Northern lights”.
